For Users:

For Agents:

• Violation of Listing Guidelines: This includes, but is not limited to, submitting listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or outdated; failing to comply with LodgeMi’s formatting requirements; or promoting properties that are not legally available.
• Misrepresentation: This includes, but is not limited to, misrepresenting your qualifications or affiliations, or falsely claiming to be the owner or agent of a property.
• Spam or Abusive Content: This includes, but is not limited to, submitting spam listings or reviews, or engaging in any other form of abusive behavior towards users.
• Failure to Pay Fees: If you have a paid subscription for Agent services and fail to pay the associated fees on time, LodgeMi may terminate your access to the Website.

Please note: This list is not exhaustive, and LodgeMi reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website for any reason it deems appropriate.

In the event of termination, LodgeMi may, but is not obligated to, remove any User Content you have submitted to the Website. You will also forfeit any access to any features or benefits associated with your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
